Return Policy
At Sufey Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition (unused and undamaged)
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Mattresses and bedding (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized furniture
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as "Final Sale")
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Assembled furniture (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@sufey.com or call [Your Phone Number] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with all accessories and documentation
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked on the outside
Important: Do not return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
Our Error
If we made an error with your order (wrong item shipped, missing parts, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
5. Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- Send you an email confirmation of receipt and inspection status
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days if approved
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Immediately upon approval (if requested)
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or style (subject to availability). To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Indicate in your return request that you'd like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item details
- We'll ship the replacement once we receive and approve your return
Note: If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or request additional payment.
7. Large or Oversized Items
For large furniture items (sofas, beds, dining sets, etc.), special return procedures apply:
- Contact us before attempting to return the item
- We may arrange for pickup service (fees may apply)
- Items must be disassembled and repackaged if possible
- Additional inspection may be required
- Return shipping costs may be higher due to size and weight
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Document the Issue: Take clear photos of the damage or defect
- Contact Us Immediately: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep All Packaging: Retain all boxes and packaging materials for inspection
We will work with you to resolve the issue by:
- Sending replacement parts (if applicable)
- Arranging for repair (if possible)
- Providing a full refund or replacement
9. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Provide photos of the item you received
- We'll send a prepaid return label
- We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost
- You'll receive a full refund if the correct item is unavailable
10. Cancellations
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. If your order has already been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our standard return policy.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our return policy.
11. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for most returns. However, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to:
- Large furniture items over $1,000
- Custom or special order items
- Items returned without original packaging
